Sales Representative
Base Pay: $75 base for working the market. Once sales hit $500 contractor receives a $25 bonus. With each tier hit another $25 bonus is unlocked.
Ex:
$0 to $499 sales = $75 pay
$500 sales = $100 pay
$700 sales = $125 pay
$1000 sales = $150
$1300 sales = $175
$1500 sales = $200
*You also make TIPS on top of this pay and receive product to trade with other vendors.
Employment Type: Contract work - We get you started selling at farmer's markets on the weekend. However, you have the ability to sell in many other locations that you seek out. Such as; Festivals, Office buildings, Yoga Studios, Cafés, home parties etc..

OBJECTIVE AND BRAND AMBASSADOR DUTIES:
Maintain orderly and neat event area during set-up, selling time & break-down.
Confidently approach customers and deliver product information you learned in training
Energetically distribute product samples, while telling them about our amazing discounts!
Pair and upsell!
REMEMBER: We have had a consistent presence at these markets and in Austin for many years. There will be built in sales for you to begin with. It is your job to upsell these current customers and acquire new ones.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Our Brand Ambassador/Sales Representative must possess the following traits
1) PEOPLE-ORIENTED:
- Energetic, friendly, enthusiastic, interactive, punctual, affable, able to engage and talk to strangers, outgoing, articulate, enthusiastic about working with the public, responsible and hard-working.
2) PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS APPEARANCE:
- Clothing and hair appropriate for work. We do not mind tattoos and colored hair, but we do expect you to come to work tidy and professional.
3) A NATURAL ABILITY TO PERSUADE AND LEAD:
- Our products are vibrantly colored and smell amazing! You will have people walking up to the table just based on this, but it's up to you to convince them to try and buy
4) HAVE IMPECCABLE HONESTY:
- You will work alone. You will handle cash and credit card transactions at every event. We have procedures that verify the money you handle each day and the inventory on hand.
- -Hours for Farmers Markets are Saturdays 8:00am-1:30pm and Sunday's 9am to possibly 2:30pm.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE:
You must be able to stand for the entire shift, while setting up your booth, making sales and tearing down.
You must be able to work outside in the elements during the hot summers and cooler winters.
You must be able to lift between 30-50 pounds multiple times during the day as you transport the booth equipment, setup and tear down the display.
Have some sales experience
HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION:
You must have reliable transportation to and from the Farmers Market.
You invest nothing....We provide all necessary product, equipment and training....You must provide your own cash bank each day and a smart phone to take payments on.
