Get paid for your test groom!
We are looking for an experienced Pet grooming salon Manager 5 to 6 days a week Saturdays included. Previous management experience is required. Dog grooming experience minimum 5 years.
Pay Structure: Combination of commission 50% for grooming dogs ( 3-4 a day on average spaced out ) + hourly pay + weekly management performance bonus.
Expected weekly pay: $1100 up to $1900 with growth potential.
Duties :
- Opening and closing the salon
- Grooming 3-4 a day on average spaced out
- Managing a team of 5 to 7 groomers and front desk person
- Handling customer issues
- Managing schedule
- Quality control
- Assisting groomers if needed
- Managing inventory
- Reporting to the owners
- Groom pets according to client specifications, including bathing, brushing, and trimming
- Ensure safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dog groomer ( 5 years minimum )
- Managing a team of 5 to 7 groomers and front desk person

- Have your own basic tools (You may borrow specialized tools from us)
- Cat grooming skills ( 2 years preferred but not mandatory )
- Ability to communicate in English required
- Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred but not mandatory
