The Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment Associate is primarily responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position also supports receiving operations by unloading inbound containers, verifying shipments, and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or work orders.

Verify product quantities and order accuracy before packaging.

Package products securely to prevent damage during shipment.

Label, palletize, and stage completed orders for carrier pickup.

Ensure orders are processed and shipped according to daily schedules and customer requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment area.

Assist in meeting daily shipping deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate shipping records.

Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers.

Safely unload inbound containers and delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.

Store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.

Perform cycle counts as assigned.

Report inventory discrepancies and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly.

Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory transactions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or barcode scanners.

Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.

Work in a warehouse environment with regular physical activity and varying temperatures.
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. Paid lunch.
