Client Care Manager; Health Insurance Brokerage
Part-Time | In-Office with Some Remote Flexibility
About the Role
We're a boutique insurance brokerage specializing in health care coverage, known for delivering white-glove, concierge-level service to our clients. We're seeking a dedicated Client Care Concierge Manager to join our team and ensure every client receives exceptional, personalized support throughout their insurance journey. This is an 11am-5pm Monday through Friday role in office in Thousand Oaks with some remote flexibility to be discussed.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering premium, high-touch service consistent with our concierge brokerage model
- Manage day-to-day client care needs, including policy questions, claims support, and general account servicing
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, invoice reconciliation, and payment issues
- Coordinate with carriers and internal team members to resolve client issues promptly and accurately
- Maintain detailed, organized client records and documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
- Support renewals, enrollments, and other account maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- Insurance industry experience/knowledge required
- Billing, reconciliation, audit type experience a plus
- Medical billing experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for client service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable working in-office with occasional flexibility as needed
The hourly range for this position is $26.00-$30.00 per hour. The actual hourly amount will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills and abilities.
