Customer Service Representative – Day Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
Schedule: Day shift with open availability required
Availability Window: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Sunday
Weekends & Holidays Required
Location: Nashville, TN (assignment may be at any of our Nashville locations)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on the day shift. This role may be based at any one of our Nashville locations, depending on business needs. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate ETA information to customers
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal team members
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism
Requirements
- Open availability between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation and your own vehicle
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts
- Proven customer service experience required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
