Job Description
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring our clients receive exceptional care. Because a significant portion of our clientele relies on clear communication in their native language, fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred for this role.
You will manage a variety of legal and administrative tasks aimed at moving cases forward smoothly from initial intake to successful resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary, compassionate point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates in both English and Spanish.
- Case Intake & Support: Assist with initial client interviews, gather intake information, and set up new case files.
- Document Management: Request, organize, and review medical records, billing statements, and police reports.
- Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, draft basic legal correspondence, and maintain digital and physical files.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and senior legal staff to ensure deadlines are met and cases are prepared for resolution.
Qualifications
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience: No prior experience needed! We are fully prepared to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
