We are looking for a motivated General Manager who is ready to take ownership of a location, lead a team, drive sales, and help build the future of our organization.
POSITION SUMMARY -
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the location, including sales performance, membership growth, customer satisfaction, employee development, operational excellence, equipment up-time, and profitability.
IDEAL BACKGROUND -
Experience in Express Car Wash Operations, Full-Service Car Wash Operations, Oil Change Facilities, Tire & Automotive Service Centers, Quick-Service Automotive Businesses, or High-Volume Customer Service Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees
- Drive membership sales and customer retention
- Ensure daily operational excellence
- Maintain company standards and procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain safety and site cleanliness standards
PERFORMANCE BONUS PROGRAM --
Bonuses are tied to Membership Sales Growth, Revenue Growth, Labor Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Equipment Uptime, Site Cleanliness, Employee Retention, Safety Compliance, and Operational Performance.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving abilities
