Position Overview
Melodic Movements is seeking a dependable, professional, and people-oriented Studio Front Desk Manager to support daily studio operations and lead the front desk experience during class hours.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, structured environment for families. You will serve as the first point of contact for our community and play an important role in upholding the studio’s standards, systems, and overall experience.
Schedule & Location
This is a consistent, in-person, part-time role based at our Hockessin location:
Monday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Reliable transportation is required.

Core Responsibilities
Front Desk & Family Experience
Greet and support families, creating a welcoming and professional environment
Communicate studio policies and procedures clearly and confidently
Maintain an organized, calm, and structured lobby environment
Administrative Support & Organization
Monitor and respond to emails and calls with accuracy and professionalism
Support leadership through follow-through, documentation, and attention to detail
Maintain organization of studio systems and daily operations
Uniform & Order Management
Oversee uniform ordering, tracking, and distribution
Communicate clearly with families regarding timelines and next steps
Maintain accurate inventory and order records
Enrollment Support
Guide trial families through programs and next steps
Follow established enrollment systems and processes
Support new families with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable handling conversations with professionalism and confidence
Reliable and able to work independently
Able to multitask in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
Dance experience is helpful but not required
