Assemble cable assemblies and wire harnesses by following manufacturing procedures, assembly drawings, schematics, and wire lists.

- Perform high-quality hand soldering and crimping, including work with high-density connectors.
Measure, cut, strip, and route wires using hand tools and precision measuring techniques.

Install and secure cables on manufacturing fixtures to complete required assembly processes.

Document completed operations and maintain accurate production records.

What You Bring
High school diploma or GED.

Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, schematics, and written manufacturing instructions in English.

- Experience using tools such as soldering irons, crimping tools, wire strippers, and measuring devices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a production setting.

Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.

- At least 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- IPC J-STD-001 certification
Experience with cable or wire harness assembly in an electronics or electromechanical environment
