12 Hours per Week | 1 Shift Weekly
6:00PM - 6:30 AM (Nights)
Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd Weekend
Holiday Rotation: 2 Holiday Per Year
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide STNA to provide hands-on personal care to patients in our inpatient care unit. This position works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support patients and families during end-of-life care.

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, nail/skin care)
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning
Record and report vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations)
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Assist with nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
Maintain infection control and safety standards
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting)
Maintain and order patient supplies
Complete documentation accurately and timely
Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with clerical duties
Support nursing staff with assigned procedures

Completion of 75-hour state-approved aide training program
Minimum 1 year of experience providing personal care in a healthcare setting
No lapse of 24 months in compensated aide work
Ability to pass competency evaluation and written Hospice Aide test within required timeframe
Hospice experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
