About the Role
As a Lead CNC Manufacturing Specialist, you will drive production excellence by developing advanced programming strategies and optimizing machine performance. You will play a critical role in elevating our manufacturing capabilities, ensuring that complex precision components are produced with maximum efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities-
Develop and refine complex CNC programs to maximize the output and precision of multi-axis lathe operations.

Utilize advanced CAM software to translate engineering specifications into high-performance machine code.

Execute independent machine setups to ensure consistent, repeatable production cycles.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to machine operators to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Perform rigorous first-article inspections to validate part integrity and meet strict quality standards.

Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance.

Maintain operational uptime through proactive maintenance and expert-level equipment adjustments.

7+ years of hands-on experience in precision machining or equivalent journeyman-level expertise.

Advanced proficiency in Esprit 3D CAD/CAM programming.

Extensive knowledge of Fanuc control systems and G-code.

Proven ability to perform complex setups on 2-5 axis CNC lathes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for equipment troubleshooting.

Experience with Swiss-style lathe operations (e.g., Tsugami, Citizen).

Familiarity with Mastercam or similar industry-standard CAM platforms.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Strong mathematical aptitude for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
