An established and growing window installation company is seeking an experienced Window Installation Manager to lead multiple installation crews while remaining actively involved in the field. This is not a desk job—we are looking for a working manager who leads by example, coaches employees, solves problems, and ensures projects are completed on time with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise multiple window installation crews.
- Manage daily scheduling and crew assignments.
- Work alongside crews in the field when needed.
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct job site visits and inspections.
- Train, mentor, and develop installers and crew leads.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, and job progress.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve field issues quickly.
- Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and company leadership.
- Maintain a professional job site and represent the company with integrity.
- Assist with hiring, evaluating, and developing installation personnel.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional window installation experience.
- Previous experience managing multiple installation crews is required.
- Must be a hands-on working manager willing to assist crews when necessary.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of residential window installation practices.
- Ability to read construction plans and installation specifications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
