Pay:
$15.16 - $20.00 per hour
Overview:
Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club is hiring associates to greet and provide quality customer service to residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner. Candidates must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. We are a drug-free workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledges and greets guests, visitors, and residents, and assists as needed
- Answers phones and checks voicemails
- Assists homeowners with purchasing event tickets and making reservations
- Provides forms, literature, and other items to homeowners as requested
- Performs cash handling transactions, reconciles the previous day's financial activity, and makes bank deposits
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be organized, able to multitask, and have strong customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a pleasant personality
Candidates must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
