Boulevard Food and Drink Hall is a fast paced, team oriented food hall concept built around variety, quality, and consistency. Partnering with Lucky Goat, Urban Belly, Antique Taco, Tabo Sushi, Five50 Pizza, Dailies, and Pretty Cool Ice Cream. The food hall brings multiple concepts together under one roof, but the focus stays the same across the board: quality, consistency, and execution. Our team is involved, present, and focused on building a kitchen culture where standards are clear and the team takes pride in the work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable cashiers to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for taking orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using the point-of-sale (Toast) system
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods
- Provide correct change and issue receipts promptly
- Answer guest questions about menu items, pricing, and current promotions
- Address customer concerns or escalate to the manager when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout station; restock supplies as needed
- Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain transaction accuracy
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support the team by assisting with additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor
