LA Furniture Store is hiring stylish, confident, and motivated Sales Associates / Design Consultants who want to turn a passion for design and sales into serious earnings. This isn't about standing at a register. It's about styling beautiful spaces, guiding premium clients, and closing sales you're genuinely proud of.

We bring Modern Affordable Luxury into people's homes. Our showrooms feature contemporary, high-end furniture with strong foot traffic, premium clients, and a fast-moving, design-forward environment. With 6 showroom locations across Southern California, there's real room to grow — in income and in your career.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients into the showroom and guide them through our collections
- Consult on layout, style, and pieces that fit each client's space and taste
- Build relationships that turn first-time shoppers into repeat, referral clients
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and design projects to close sales
- Stay on top of design trends and share our showrooms and products across social media
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals — and get paid for it
Who We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- A genuine eye and enthusiasm for modern interior design
- Strong people skills and confidence talking to clients in person
- Sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience (any high-touch, consultative environment counts)
- Comfort with social media (Instagram / TikTok) and a willingness to help promote our showrooms
- A self-starter who's motivated by commission and wants to earn more, not clock hours
Nice to have (a plus, not required):
- Furniture, high-end, or big-ticket retail sales experience
- Showroom or design-consultation experience
- Interior design education or background
If you have the drive and the eye but not the exact resume, we still want to hear from you — we train the right people.
Compensation & Benefits
- $40K–$90K+ per year — includes uncapped commission (top performers earn well beyond the range)
