AMS Restoration Services / Makan Construction — a real estate, construction, and fire-restoration company operating across NY, NJ, and CT — is seeking a dual-licensed attorney to handle litigation filings and real estate closings on a part-time remote basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* File and manage lawsuits in both New York and New Jersey, including collections, mechanic's liens, contract disputes, and insurance-related matters
* Handle residential and investment property closings in NY and NJ
* Draft pleadings, demand letters, liens, and related legal documents
* Coordinate with our internal team on active claims and matters

REQUIREMENTS:
* Admitted and in good standing in both New York and New Jersey (passed both bar exams)
* 4–5+ years of practice experience in litigation and/or real estate
* Able to work fully remote and manage filings independently
* Reliable, responsive, and organized with deadlines and court rules

COMPENSATION:
* $50/hour
* Minimum 20 hours/week guaranteed; potential for up to 40
* $1,000 bonus per closing — paid on top of hourly pay for every closing completed for us
* Remote (work from your own location)
