We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician who wants more than just a job—we’re looking for someone who wants a career. If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we’ll help you develop the skills needed to become an outstanding HVAC professional.
What You’ll Do
- Assist senior technicians with residential HVAC service and installations
- Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and water heaters
- Learn basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to the shop
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Preferred but Not Required
- HVAC trade school or vocational training
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Previous construction, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience

- Monday–Friday
- Typical schedule: 30–40 hours per week
