Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email using multi-line phone systems and other communication tools
- Manage deposit & mortgage accounts, loan servicing, and office correspondence to ensure seamless daily operations
- Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, documents, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision, maintaining organized filing systems and records
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, handling phone etiquette with professionalism, and directing calls appropriately
- Assist with office management duties including filing, proofreading documents, and supporting administrative projects
- Support bookkeeping activities using Sage accounting software as needed to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping
Experience
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Technical proficiency with computer literacy across productivity software like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and customer support platforms
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional phone etiquette in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
