Office Administration/Customer Service Liaison/Collections
Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM
DUTIES
- Contacts customers and customer agents to attempt to collect on overdue payments.
- Communicates with appropriate staff when customer objections to payment arises.
- Work closely with department supervisors to determine days/times to schedule approved projects/service calls. Schedules these projects as far in advance as possible.
- Contacts and maintains contact with customers to update them regarding schedule, completed work, any issues that may arise, etc.
- Checks in field employees to make sure the scheduled jobs have been updated and helps address any additional information that would be necessary.
- All scheduling will be done in the appropriate company software as will all updates, changes, or information additions.
- Maintains communication with management, supervisors and field personnel as to be able to provide information on ongoing jobs when requested.
- Back-end accounting software data entry and management.
- Communication and remote coordination with satellite offices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Individual must be able to multi-task and shift from task to task quickly and seamlessly.
- Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Individual must be computer literate with the ability to operate in a web-based software program and navigate according to the need.
- Individual must be able to communicate, in English, clearly and concisely.
- Individual must possess excellent communication skills (phone, email and texting skills).
- Excellent grammar is a must.
- Individual must maintain a professional attitude with customers as well as co-workers.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be self-motivated with a passion for accomplishing goals.
ADDITIONAL
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Multi-tasking skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
