Responsibilities

Work and train under out Pitmaster
- Learn how to prep and trim meats to smoke
- learn how to smoke meats
- learn firebox management
- Be able to lift boxes heavy boxes of meat
Qualifications

Some culinary experience
- Would be great to have some meat cutting and or BBQ experience
- Ability to lift heavy boxes of meats
- A food handlers license or higher preferred
