We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with energy and precision. Duties
- Lead and supervise all administrative and clinical staff, promoting teamwork and high performance in a fast-paced dental setting
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, billing, coding, and medical billing processes to optimize revenue cycle management
- Oversee patient management software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR (Electronic Health Records) to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and health regulation policies to maintain legal and ethical standards
- Coordinate clinic workflows, appointment scheduling, patient flow, and medical administrative support to maximize efficiency
- Monitor clinic inventory, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance to support smooth daily operations
- Handle human resources functions such as staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution with managerial communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office management within a dental or healthcare setting with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, practice management software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix), EMR/EHR systems, and Microsoft Office tools
- Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, medical billing, and managed care processes
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA regulations and health policy guidelines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a clinical environment
- Background in medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare staff coordination
- Acute care or critical care experience is a plus for understanding complex patient needs in a healthcare practice setting

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per hour
