Our established specialty dental practice is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to become an essential part of our growing team. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to creating an outstanding patient experience from consultation through treatment completion.
What You'll Do
- Guide patients through recommended treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
- Present treatment options and financial arrangements in a clear, supportive manner.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and maximize insurance utilization.
- Coordinate treatment scheduling to optimize the doctor's schedule.
- Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment estimates.
- Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience (Endodontic or Periodontal experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financial arrangements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty practice.
