Position Summary:
The Site Administrator support daily operations on a utility-scale solar construction project. This position plays a key role in maintaining project documentation, supporting field leadership, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between the jobsite and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to site management and project teams
- Maintain and organize project files, reports, and daily logs
- Assist with timekeeping, data entry, and tracking workforce documentation
- Coordinate office supplies and general site office operations
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments regarding project needs
- Track and maintain safety documentation and compliance records
- Schedule meetings, assist with travel arrangements, and support project reporting needs
- Ensure confidential information is handled professionally and securely
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by project leadership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous construction administration experience preferred
- Experience supporting industrial, solar, renewable energy, or large construction projects is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism while supporting multiple departments and priorities

Work Environment:
- This position is primarily based in a construction site office on an active solar project, with occasional work in outdoor field environments.
- Field exposure may include varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, mud, and uneven terrain.
- May be exposed to noise, dust, and active construction equipment when accessing the site.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
- Occasional travel to other projects or office locations may be required to support project needs
Physical Demands:
- Frequently uses hands to handle, feel, and operate office equipment; may reach with hands and arms; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch; regularly sit, stand, and walk; communicate verbally and hear clearly; push and pull as needed.
- Requires close and distance vision, peripheral awareness, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- May involve extended periods of sitting or standing.
- Frequent use of computers and standard office technology.
- May occasionally lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to hear alarms, equipment, and verbal communication in both office and field settings.
- Clear and effective verbal communication for meetings and coordination with project teams.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
