Job Summary
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and provide a first-class member dining experience.
Job Description
1. Maintains a bar product/supplies inventory system for: Alcoholic beverages including wines, beer, and liquor; Non-alcoholic beverages and mixers; Glassware, Paper and other bar supplies
2. Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
3. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bar/banquet areas, glassware, and equipment through regular inspections
4. Assure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
5. Set-up side station and performs assigned pre-and post-side work
6. Greet Members on their way in and seat them, provide menus and silverware, discuss specials
7. Take Member orders and input them into POS, including any modifiers, allergies, or special notes
8. Serves food/drinks and ensures quality is up to member standard
9. Works with the FOH Manager and others to ensure efficient service in all club outlets and for special functions
10. Assists with banquet functions and service when necessary
11. Keeps current with changing member preferences
12. Prepares, garnishes, mixes drinks
13. Collects checks/ credit card payment for all members served
14. Opens the Bar and Locks up according to procedures
15. Attends staff meetings as required
16. Turns in EOD paperwork daily
17. Other duties as assigned by Management
Reports to
Front of House Manager / Banquet Manager
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to bend, squat, stand and walk for long periods of time
Must be able to perform with grace in a high-pressure environment
Job Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
At least 1 year experience on the bar
1 year of service in fine dining (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
