We are seeking an experienced Residential & Light Commercial Remodel Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities
● Complete residential and light commercial remodel plumbing projects from start to finish.
● Manage jobs independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
● Communicate regularly with project managers, office staff, and customers.
● Read plans and determine the proper layout for plumbing systems.
● Create accurate material lists before the job begins.
● Understand and properly install plumbing venting systems, including conventional venting and wet venting, in accordance with code requirements.
● Keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines.
● Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
● Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes.
● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
● Represent Gunther Plumbing professionally with customers and other trades.
Qualifications
● Experience in residential and light commercial remodel plumbing.
● Strong understanding of plumbing codes, venting systems, and wet venting requirements.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing plans.
● Ability to work independently with little supervision.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
● Ability to stay focused, prioritize tasks, and complete projects efficiently.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
