Duties
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral design and plant care
- Maintain the floral display area by merchandising products attractively, stocking fresh flowers regularly, and organizing supplies efficiently
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and process customer orders seamlessly(this is not a must)
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in floral design or related fields such as gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, floral arrangement techniques, and plant care best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English or Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively
- Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for floral artistry
