Asbestos Supervisor – Environmental Remediation

We are growing quickly and seeking a hands-on Asbestos Supervisor to lead crews, uphold compliance, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field crews on asbestos, mold remediation, and hazardous materials abatement projects
- Ensure all work follows OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory standards
- Conduct on-site safety meetings, inspections, and enforce compliance
- Review project scopes with Project Manager and verify daily production goals
- Coordinate with office staff, clients, and inspectors to ensure clear communication
- Document work progress, incident reports, and daily job logs
- Train and mentor technicians in proper abatement and remediation techniques
- Maintain equipment, PPE, and ensure crews are properly outfitted
Qualifications
- Required: Asbestos Supervisor certification (Colorado or reciprocal state license)
- Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising crews on asbestos, mold remediation, or hazardous materials abatement projects
- Required: Mold remediation
- Proven leadership experience managing crews of 3–10+ technicians
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, state abatement laws, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills (both field crew & client-facing)
- Strong organizational skills: scheduling, daily reporting, and job site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret scopes, specs, and sampling reports
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and while wearing PPE for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Skills
- Meth decontamination experience
- Hazwoper Certification
- Xactimate or job costing knowledge
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Experience training/mentoring junior staff
- Knowledge of FieldFlo a plus
