What You’ll Do
- Manage client invoicing and recurring subscription billing
- Track purchase orders and upload invoices to client portals
- Maintain accurate billing and subscription records
- Process remote deposits and record transactions in QuickBooks
- Verify employee timecards for ADP
- Support financial reporting, data entry, and document organization
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing questions
- Jump in on additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and time‑management
- Clear communication and customer‑service mindset
