1906 Lodge is seeking a motivated and energetic Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. This vital role ensures smooth overnight operations, maintains guest satisfaction, and upholds the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service. Duties
- Oversee nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols of the property, and controlling access points during overnight hours
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review
- Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and communicate with staff effectively
- Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and guest services practices
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest relations, and security protocols is beneficial
