- Cleared with California Department of JusticePOSITION SUMMARY:
The Case Supervisor is responsible for all things clinical within their managed/supervised caseload. The Case Supervisor position will drive our technicians and clients to meeting their treatment plan goals.

RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assist with oversight of client clinical teams
- Assist with programming, data collection, and behavior analysis, per Case Manager
- Assist with training and staff management
- Assist with facilitating monthly team meetings with family and child’s clinical team
members
- Assist with parent training
- Assist with Behavior Management Plan proposals to be approved by Case Manager
- Assist with development and preparation of treatment reports
- Assist with establishment and maintenance of positive relations with family
members
- Assist with establishment and maintenance of positive relations with stake holders
- Attend stake holder meetings (IPP & IEP)

BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift and carry clients with adaptive equipment.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior.
- Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
- Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home and community placements.
- Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
- Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
- Must have a valid California Driver’s License & insurance in good standing.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: minimum 2 years' experience working in ABA Treatment or child development
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor’s degree and/or Pursuit of Master’s program with completion of 12 units of ABA
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Employment Supervisor: Case Manager
RELATED TRAINING:
Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings once employed including, but not limited to: CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, RBT trainings and other company in-services and trainings as directed by employment supervisor.
