Shipping Coordinator
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing domestic and international shipments, and handling physical inventory tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments using UPS, FedEx, and WorldShip systems
- Coordinate shipping documentation, labels, customs paperwork, and tracking information
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and outgoing orders
- Accurately enter and maintain shipping, inventory, and customer data in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status and delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with company shipping procedures and international shipping regulations
- Assist with general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, and WorldShip shipping software required .
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures and customs documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
Physical Requirements(Required)
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. continuously, 50 lbs. + Team lift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks throughout the workday
Preferred Experience
- Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience
- Experience in inventory control and order fulfillment
- Forklift experience is a plus
