We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Pay: $83,200.00/annual
The pay listed is the salaried range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

- Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and update office files, databases, and records.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with office management software, such as CRM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office administration.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
