Position: Year-round (12 Months, 8 Hours)
Status: Non-Exempt
Hours: 6:00 am 2:30 pm

Starting Pay: $19.50/hour (& up, based on verifiable experience)
Purpose Statement
The job of Receiver Distributor Warehouse is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the warehouse activities with specific responsibilities for transporting furniture, supplies, and/or equipment to designated sites while maintaining vehicle in a safe operating condition.
Essential Functions
Assists Special Crew for the purpose of completing work orders as needed.
Transports supplies and/or equipment for the purpose of delivering requested items to designated sites.
Unloads supplies and/or equipment for the purpose of providing requested items at designated sites.
Attends unit meetings, in-service training, workshops, etc. for the purpose of gathering information required to perform job functions.
Loads supplies and/or equipment (e.g. new and surplus, etc.) for the purpose of preparing items for transport to assigned location.
Maintains assigned vehicle (e.g. fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, tire pressure, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safe operation of vehicle and sanitation of transported food items.
Maintains manual and electronic files and records (e.g. inventories, delivery logs, routes, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information.
Responds to inquiries from sites for the purpose of providing information and/or direction regarding status of deliveries, etc.
Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Experience: Job-related experience is required. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Certificates and Licenses: Class E Driver's License required; Forklift Cert required
