Job Summary
Fast-paced sushi & poke restaurant looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members. This role includes inventory tracking, stock organization, and assisting with ordering supplies, in addition to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and take orders
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Prepare food and maintain quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas
- Track inventory levels and communicate low stock items
- Assist with ordering and receiving supplies
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products (FIFO)
- Work efficiently during peak hours
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Restaurant experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle responsibility (inventory, supplies, accuracy)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Be able to lift 50lbs
