Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing calls
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, editing, and correspondence
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or in person
- Assist with team projects and office coordination
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; Chinese is a plus
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy for data entry and document management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist
