Job Title: Pharmacist

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team - must have Liberty Software experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in a closed-door pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will bring experience from diverse pharmacy environments and possess strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset.
This position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment and is subject to a three-month probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately verify and dispense medications according to prescriptions
· Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
· Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
· Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
· Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of medications
· Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians
· Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
· Maintain accurate patient and medication records using pharmacy software systems
Qualifications:
· Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
· Active pharmacist license in California
· Experience with and knowledge of Liberty Software a requirement
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a closed-door, retail, or hospital pharmacy preferred
· Strong understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical best practices
· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
· Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and technology

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
