Dependable Paint and Drywall, LLC is a long-established painting and drywall company that works out of the Gallatin Valley. We are seeking employees with and without experience. The key asset we are searching for in an employee is not experience, but simply the quality of the person. If you are a punctual, hardworking, quality-oriented individual who is seeking employment we are interested in having a conversation with you.
Hours of Operation:
7:00am -5:00pm, Monday-Thursday and Friday 7:00 till Noon (pending special schedules)
Location:
Most days you will start at our shop, located at 72400 Gallatin Rd, Gallatin Gateway, MT.
You may or may not work from this location. Most of our work is in the Gallatin County, however we will go where the work is when we need to.
Work Requirements:
You must have a Valid Driver's License. Please do not contact us if you do not have a drivers license.
This person will be required to work full time Monday-Friday (most of the time we work 4 - 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday)
If you are applying as an apprentice or general labor, there are no tool requirements to start.
If you apply as an experienced employee, you will be required to have basic hand tools.
This person will need to be able to pass a background check and drug test. We will test for all illegal drugs and the abuse of prescription drugs.
You will be required to provide 2 forms of ID. Driver's License, birth certificate, passport or social security card.
Reliable transportation. This person will need to be able to get themselves to the shop and or job site depending on the location and situation. We will do everything we can to make transportation from the shop available, but this person will need to provide independent transportation for consistency and dependability. We do have a vehicle reimbursement program when it applies.
Pay
Pending on experience, we will start people at $21 an hour and work up from there to a competitive wage.
Our benefit package is worth $3 - $12 per hour depending on years of service.
We do work all year and do not take winters off.
