Brightside Windows is expanding in Billings, MT, and we're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Manager to help lead and grow our local sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands field sales, knows how to motivate a team, and isn't afraid to lead from the front. You'll work alongside your team in the field, help develop sales reps, drive accountability, and contribute directly to the growth of the Billings market.
We're looking for a proven sales professional who knows how to build a winning culture while still producing at a high level.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of outside sales representatives
- Coach reps on prospecting, presentations, objection handling, and closing
- Conduct targeted neighborhood canvassing and door-to-door outreach alongside the team
- Lead from the front through strong personal sales performance
- Run in-home consultations and close new business
- Set clear expectations around activity, performance, and professionalism
- Track team performance and help reps improve their results
- Train and mentor new and developing sales representatives
- Create a competitive, positive, and accountable team culture
- Partner with company leadership to grow the Billings market
What We're Looking For
- Proven outside sales, door-to-door, or in-home sales experience
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or developing salespeople
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Ability to motivate a team and hold people accountable
- Competitive, energetic, and performance-driven mindset
- Comfortable working alongside the team in the field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable in a commission-driven sales environment
