Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing, positive environment for elderly clients in their homes
- Provide personal assistance and compassionate companionship
- Oversee medication schedules and ensure proper administration
- Prepare thoughtful, nutritious meals tailored to client preferences and needs
- Maintain a clean, orderly living space through light housekeeping
- Coordinate and accompany clients to medical appointments, ensuring they receive proper care
- Support continued community engagement by accompanying clients to social events and outings
- Engage in stimulating conversations and assist with personal correspondence
- Adapt care approaches based on changing client needs and circumstances
- Uphold Me Times Two's commitment to excellence and exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- MINIMUM - 3 Years Experience
- Current CPR certification
- Proven experience in private home care for adults
- Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of meaningful interaction
- Unwavering patience and authentic empathy in all client interactions
- Highest standards of personal and professional integrity
- Ability to work independently while staying responsive to client and family needs
- Cultural awareness and adaptability in diverse situations
- Detail-oriented approach balanced with a supportive, caring presence
- Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances while maintaining consistent care
- CNA certification preferred but not required
