Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to your shift team
- Engage team in solving problems and successfully achieving goals
- Partner with peers and those in leadership and ask for what you need to be successful
- Build and sustain community relationships
- Overall accountability for cleanliness and food safety within the store
- Hold team accountable for their performance and demonstrate a growth mindset for ongoing development
- Celebrate the wins with your team
- Manage store inventory levels with the shift lead team and manager and ensure supplies are ordered, received, processed and labeled.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of shift lead experience in a restaurant
- Tenacious spirit and demonstrating pride and sense of ownership for a business
- 2 yrs+ of knife skills/Cooking

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
