Job Title: Production Assistant (Finisher) – Knitting Team

We’re a unique company blending a full-scale chocolate kitchen with a knitting mill, operating three stores and two websites. We create chocolates and luxurious cashmere hats, all with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. We’re looking for a dedicated individual who’s interested in growing with us over the long term.
The Role:
As a Finisher on our knitting team, you’ll play an important part in bringing our products to life. Your main tasks will involve seam-finishing cashmere hats, tucking in ends, and tying knots with precision, ensuring every piece meets our high standards. It’s a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for quality work.
What You Bring:
- Ability to Stand or Sit Stationary position 50% of the time.
- Prior experience in sewing, knitting, or similar crafts is a plus but not essential—passion and a willingness to learn are most important
- Pride in delivering finely finished products
- The ability to observe and manipulate yarn at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- A curious mindset and eagerness to grow within a creative environment
- Dependability and a team-oriented attitude
- Frequently move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds across studio for various needs.
