Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to identify and secure new commercial scrap metal accounts. This is a commission-focused opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are driven to build relationships and grow a customer portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts.
- Visit businesses that generate scrap metal, including manufacturers, machine shops, HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, construction companies, warehouses, auto repair facilities, and demolition contractors.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Present CVS Recycling's pickup and recycling services.
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Generate new recurring scrap metal collection accounts.
Compensation Structure
Immediate Onboarding Bonus
- Earn $100 cash upfront for every new commercial account that signs up for service.
Fast-Start Commission (First 2 Weeks)
- Earn 10% of the gross ticket value generated by each new customer during their first two weeks of service.
Long-Term Residual Income (After 2 Weeks)
- Beginning in Week 3, earn 25% of the entire ticket value generated by your customer accounts.
