Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven individual to join our kiosk team at Northstar . As a Mall Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Exotix Frames—helping customers find their perfect look, maintaining a high-energy atmosphere, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fast Pace, Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and style recommendations for frames and accessories
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain kiosk appearance—ensure displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns with care
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
- Follow company policies on cash handling, discounts, and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or mall sales experience preferred (eyewear experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and confident in approaching customers
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
