At our pet care facility, we are committed to creating a safe, clean, and enriching experience for every dog while providing exceptional service to their owners. We are currently seeking a professional, upbeat, and dependable Pet Care Front Desk Associate to join our team.
This position blends guest services with hands-on pet care and is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and working directly with dogs.
In This Role You Will:
- Welcome pet parents and create a positive guest experience
- Coordinate smooth and accurate dog check-ins and departures
- Process services and payments using our management software
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
- Assist with dog handling, playgroup support, and daily care routines
- Help maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Support enrichment activities and daily pet updates/report cards
- Collaborate closely with our pet care team to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for every guest

Compensation
Starting pay is $16/hour, with opportunities for advancement and increased pay following the successful completion of the probationary period and PackPro Certification.
