Job Title: Production

Reports to: Plant Manager

Qualifications & Job Duties:
- Must be reliable and have dependable transportation.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain strict attendance standards.
- Operate hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to read tape measure and determine appropriate measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job order specifications, engineering drawings, and follow instructions.
- Maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Ability to work with small hand tools to include drilling and grinding.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job to include standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50lbs.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
