Beth-El America LLC (BEA) is a leading manufacturer of advanced air filtration systems and a trusted integrator of electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components and systems. As BEA continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team.
This role is critical in the assembly, inspection, and integration of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a strong commitment to precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate electro-mechanical components into complex systems according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Perform system-level testing, troubleshooting, and final verification to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
- Conduct Incoming Quality Control (IQC) on received materials to confirm they meet required specifications.
- Retrieve and stage parts from inventory; ensure inventory remains organized and accessible.
- Document each step of the assembly process and maintain traceability using the ERP system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, complying with all safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly and system integration is required.
- Hands-on experience with basic electrical tasks such as routing harnesses and connecting plugs is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions in English.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, or surface treatment is a plus.
Computer Skills:
- Experience using ERP systems to track production activities and inventory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for reporting and communication.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English—both written and spoken
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid U.S. work permit
- Ability to commute daily to Sunrise, FL 33351 (Required)
- Willingness to occasionally travel out-of-state is a plus
