Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures, including emergency breakdowns.

Support the installation, commissioning, and modification of production equipment and facility systems.
-
Perform electrical and controls troubleshooting (PLC/HMI) as needed.
-
Assist with fabrication, equipment modifications, and minor engineering changes.
-
Oversee maintenance programs including preventive maintenance, inspections, and root cause analysis.
-
Plan and execute capital and non-capital projects including scope, cost estimation, and timelines.
-
Provide engineering support including basic CAD drawings, specifications, and modifications.
-
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure that all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on maintenance and/or facilities engineering experience within the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience with equipment specifications, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

Experience with PLC/HMI troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures.

Experience with capital and non-capital project planning and execution.

Proficiency with CAD software preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
