Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our maintenance team at a specialized industrial milling facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing processing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on maintenance experience, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyor systems, rollers, drive units, and other processing equipment.
- Rebuild, repair, and maintain industrial slurry pumps.
- Carry out welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting work as required.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Support continuous production by responding to maintenance requirements promptly.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
- Experience using hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and work with industrial equipment.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, mining, or processing facilities.
- Familiarity with rod and ball milling equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment schematics.
- Experience maintaining crushers, conveyors, pumps, or similar heavy industrial equipment.

Pay: $61,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
