Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, licensed Insurance Agent with a strong background in personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.). This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at building relationships, managing a book of business, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing personal lines book of business
Develop new business through referrals, networking, and cross-selling opportunities
Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Provide policy reviews, renewals, and ongoing client support
Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
Ensure compliance with all state licensing and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (preferred)
Strong knowledge of coverage options, underwriting, and carrier guidelines
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in an independent agency environment is a plus
This role is performed in our Kaukauna office. Candidates must live within 40 miles of the office location or be willing to relocate within 40 miles.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
