AE Talents Health is hiring an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract at Cambridge Hospital in Cambridge, MA 02139, with the possibility of extension.
Position Details
- Location: Cambridge, MA 02139
- Contract: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
- Travel Pay: $3,100 Gross Weekly
- Local Pay: $63/hour on W2
- Local candidates within 50 miles are welcome to apply
Shift
- Rotating 8 & 10-hour shifts
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
- Must work every other major holiday
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
- Acute Care experience required
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certification
- NRP Certification (Required)
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
- Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory treatments
- Operate and monitor ventilators and other respiratory care equipment
- Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Respond to emergency respiratory situations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

- Two recent Manager/Supervisor references in the same specialty
- Skills Checklist matching the specialty
- Driver's License with matching address
- Requested Time Off (RTO) at the time of submission
- Flu vaccination (during flu season)
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,100.00 per week
